Director's Profile- The Engineering Academy (TEA)
Profile of Dr. John Paul Pulipati.- Dr. John Paul graduated (B.E., Electronics and Communication Engineering) from
Nagarjuna University in the year 1986 with 1st Class. He had completed his post graduation in the year 1994 (M.E., Digital
Systems) with first class from Osmania University. He also did his research in Computer Science (VLSI architecture for image
compression) and achieved doctorate in the year 2008 from Hyderabad Central University.
His contribution to the educational institutions is immense. Initially he worked in Deccan College as Teaching Assistant from
November 1986 to June, 1987. Later he moved to JNTU as Teaching Assistant from July, 1987 to January, 1988, and afterwards in
Muffakamjah College of Engineering as Lecturer from July, 1988 - June, 1999 where he was promoted as Reader from June 1999 to
June 2001. He also worked as Professor, Dean & Vice-Principal in Guru Nanak Engineering College, from June 2001 to August
2003. He was the chairman & managing director of the TEA institution, which is a pioneer in GATE & IES coaching from 2003-
2006. He further, worked as CEO of Paulus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from September 2006 to till date and also worked as
principal of RRS College of Engineering & Technology. He also contributed to the software industry as a CEO and founder of
the organization Paulus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which is incorporated in the year 2006.

Development Division: PST is an Hyderabad based IT company has set up its R&D Centre at Hyderabad and launches
products in the field of JAVA, .NET, Web developments and Embedded Design. PST not only provides end-to-end solutions and
other side also concentrates on turnkey solutions by imparting their expertise in complete automation of business enterprise
of large scale and SMEs.
BPO Division: Paulus BPO, is an international voice-based outbound call center, an arm of Paulus Software Technologies

information providers across the globe with its ability to support them with high quality and cost effective solutions. We
maintain very tight control over the process and maintain full confidentiality of our client’s business details. . Initially,
BPO started with PRI and also dialed for Sprint mobiles and pharmacy. Currently it is giving the services for telemarketing
of American Yellow Pages USA, as a joint venture.

Author : In teaching he had basically concentrated on EDC and wrote a book“Electronic Devices and Circuits” published
by New Age International Publishers. He also authored another book “Micro Electronics” published by Galgotia publications,
New Delhi.

Profile of Mrs. B. Kezia Rani : Mrs. B. Kezia Rani,graduated (B.E., Electronics & Communication Engineering) from
Osmania University in 1990 with 1st division. She completed her post-graduation (Computer Science) from Osmania University in
the year 2000, with distinction.

Experience: She has 16 years of teaching experience at various levels as Lecturer, Assistant Professor and Associate
Professor, etc. in Colleges like Wesley Degree College for Women, VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology,
Hyderabad and Bhoj Reddy College of Engineering Hyderabad.
